Are we planning any future litters?
As hobby breeders, we take great care to ensure that our dogs and their future families are well-prepared for the responsibilities of puppy ownership. Our previous December litter was a rare and unexpected blessing, but it also highlighted the importance of careful consideration when it comes to holiday puppies.
Puppies are a lot of fun in the early months, but they require dedication, training, and patience. We always want to make sure that our puppies are going to homes that are ready for the long-term commitment.
Looking ahead, my husband and I plan to breed our beloved pair, Amos and Rissa, for another litter in 2025. As we are limited by California’s breeding laws and our own commitment to the well-being of our pets, we will only be having one litter per year.
